What we can do.

We all, as students, parents, educators, citizens, and people, can "Rapidly begin the shift from a 'thing oriented' society to a 'person-oriented' society."
That shift from a thing orientation to person orientation takes place within each of us. That change as a society can only happen when each individual does everything we can to bring our own way of life an opinions into line. We must each try to be more accepting of each other
, no matter what. We must all try to worry less about ourselves, and more about others. We must try to stop caring about what we have, but see how much less so many people have and try to help them. We must think less of self and more of others.
Each person interprets this calling differently. For some it may be volunteering at a local non-profit organization. Others may work for a charity or non-profit organization. Some may not donate their time, but their money.
